    If the Free Estimate is approved by the customer, an appointment is scheduled with time and location provided for the technician, the usual On Site Evaluation Fee of $45 can be waived.
     
    An On Site Evaluation Fee can be waived depending on the size of the job and the location, at the technician’s discretion.  The On Site Fee may be applied if the technician travels to the location and did not receive complete or accurate information to have all the parts necessary or access to the repair location.  Please make sure the area around the garage door is cleared and completely accessible  for repair or installation. An additional fee may be added if the technician has to clear work space.
     
    Non-emergency garage door repairs may be limited to scheduling and technician availability. 
     
    Emergency requests after hours have a $45  fee, that will be waived with most repairs completed.

    Awesome job! Came out the next day. There was more to fix than I I had at first thought, but David explained things well and was fair with pricing. I would highly recommend him. He even showed me how to maintain the door, so it will last many more years.
